Applications for the eighth iteration of our signature initiative, Maven Leadership Cohort, are now open! 

Our team of capacity-builders are excited to collaborate with talented queer and trans social impact leaders of color and allies who are at a critical juncture in their career or in the life cycle of their organization. The Maven Leadership Cohort is a five-month professional development experience that is the gateway to resources for decision-makers in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors over their careers in civic engagement, economic independence, health equity, access to the arts and public education. Participants can be at any stage of their career but must have a demonstrated commitment to building more just communities through equity and belonging.
